Did you know that each form field on your website should have a clearly defined purpose?
This enables every user, including those using assistive technologies, to easily understand what information they should input.
Autocomplete allows browsers to automatically fill in form fields with values preferred by the user, facilitating form completion for users with motor disabilities, time constraints, and anyone looking to fill out the form more quickly.
This is precisely what success criterion 1.3.5 – Defining the Expected Value (AA) within WCAG 2.1 requires.
