Our recent website launch introduces a novel service to the Polish market: making PDF documents accessible. The website streamlines the process for organizations to receive pricing estimates and order accessibility adaptations, significantly reducing the time required for order completion.

The need for this project arose from the challenge of spending approximately 10 hours monthly preparing offers and price estimates. Our clients required prompt budgetary confirmations, and the delay in responding to inquiries was inconvenient for both sides.

To address this, we sought feedback from our customers and prospects about their needs and expectations. Their insights helped us develop a prototype for the website's information architecture.

User Experience Focus

• The website design emphasizes intuitive use and an appealing visual interface, combining a modern aesthetic in red and white with comprehensive accessibility features, as expected from Kinaole.
• We conducted thorough accessibility and usability testing. For instance, the calculator was specifically designed to easily modify pricing estimates, and the online ordering process was streamlined for user convenience.
• We ensured full WCAG compliance, incorporating features like appropriate contrast, clear headings, skip-links, landmarks, user-friendly forms, and screen-reader-friendly alerts for accurate error messages.
