The Self-Diagnosis Tool aims to verify the condition of a business. If, after conducting a survey, the tool identifies problems, it invites the entrepreneur to participate in an improvement program. An extremely important aspect of this project was adapting the system for the widest possible range of users.

The Wrocław Formaty Club approached us with a commission for a comprehensive overhaul of their existing website, both functionally and visually. One of the main goals of the project was to release a product that would be simple to use and perceive, as well as adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (i.e., meeting the requirements of WCAG 2.1).

For our client implementing IT projects for the public sector, we organized usability tests of a mobile application with visually impaired individuals. Organizing research with visually impaired persons included consultations on the selection of the research group, recruitment of participants, and organizational and logistical support.

The Campaign Against Homophobia (KPH) is an organization supporting the LGBT+ community primarily through legal means and cyber-activism. Therefore, a significant factor in the redesign of the www.kph.org.pl website was ensuring readability and intuitive usability for all users wishing to support the statutory activities of the organization.
